Systems for real work

Discover the workflow, then choose a scope that can be tested

From workflow discovery to scoped delivery and measured improvement, with visible decisions and risks.

1. Context and objective

We begin with the current workflow, users, information, constraints, and the decision the business wants to improve. We do not assume that an AI agent or a new application is the answer.

2. Paid discovery

We map the flow and exceptions, review integrations and data quality, and identify the most useful uncertainty to reduce. The output is a recommended approach, boundaries, assumptions, risks, and a proposed next stage. The responsible recommendation may be to simplify the process or configure an existing tool instead of writing software.

3. Pilot or implementation

We deliver the smallest coherent slice that can operate in a real context. Acceptance criteria, test data, decision ownership, and rollback thinking are visible. Progress is shown through working behavior and verification, not a percentage that hides unresolved risk.

4. Launch and handover

Documentation, monitoring, failure procedures, and operating ownership are part of delivery. Production changes, migrations, external service configuration, email sending, and analytics activation require separate approval.

5. Optional continued improvement

After release, we compare behavior with the agreed objective. Maintenance, quality work, or another workflow slice can follow as a separate decision — never as hidden scope.

Helpful starting material

  • a short account of the problem and its effect on work;
  • representative inputs, outputs, and exceptions;
  • the applications currently involved;
  • someone who knows the workflow and someone who can make a decision;
  • security, legal, and timing constraints.
