Systems for real work
Process automation with a visible path for exceptions
For organisations where recurring document, approval, status, or data work consumes attention and creates avoidable risk.
Signs of a fit
- the same sequence occurs often;
- information is re-entered across tools;
- delays come from chasing the next handoff;
- exceptions can be recognised and assigned;
- the output can be checked against clear criteria.
Example applications
Hypothetical examples include routing an incoming document for approval, synchronising an order status, preparing a recurring operational report, or creating the right task after a defined event. These illustrate possible patterns, not completed engagements.
Boundaries
We do not encode a process that nobody can explain. If rules shift daily, inputs cannot be trusted, or ownership is missing, the first work is process clarification. Critical exceptions remain visible and have a manual route.
Delivery and client inputs
We map triggers, decisions, systems, volume, errors, and desired outcomes. A small end-to-end flow is built with monitoring and exception handling, then tested on representative cases. We need a process owner, sample inputs, system documentation, and someone able to confirm the output.
